With the advance of modern vehicle technology, it is becoming critical to be able to do ‘Total Vehicle Diagnostics’. This means using the dealer diagnostic tools and software.

This training course is aimed at helping independent workshops and vehicle technicians, who want to go ‘Dealer Level’ with their diagnostics.

This introductory 2 day introductory training course on dealer diagnostic tools will go through the important aspects of dealer diagnostic use & typical use cases.

The course will focus on the following genuine dealer diagnostic tools:

Vauxhall, Ford FDRS, VW ODIS , BMW ISTA, Peugeot and Citroen  and will include a session on using a generic PassThru device for dealer diagnostics.

If your aftermarket scan tool supports Dealer Diagnostics (such as the AUTEL MAXISYS, TOPDON Phoenix) you will find this course beneficial in conjunction with your J2534 Pass Thru Device.

This course covers the key manufacturers diagnostics and information solutions.

Going ‘dealer level’ with your diagnostics may seem daunting, but in reality, with some training and support, it is fairly straight forward. In fact, once you’ve made the change, you will look back an wonder how you ever managed doing things the ‘old’ way. With the demise of several of diagnostic equipment companies, who previously offered ‘dealer level diagnostics’, using with genuine dealer equipment in your workshop is the only way for go-ahead businesses and technicians to maintain and grow their business.
