Hosted right here in the TTHQ workshop, 6 esteemed experts will be sharing their knowledge and skills in the latest innovations, tools, and techniques in the industry.
Each interactive seminar style session is designed to equip you to with new skills and thought processes you can implement back at the workshop, keeping you at the leading edge.

James Dillon (Technical Topics)
Upping Your Diag. That’s what we’re in the room for. So, James will journey through some of the psychological and process issues which trip-up many technicians. From symptom stress, through to post-repair bliss, if your diagnostics is going wrong, surely one of your #4rights isn’t – but which one? Help is at hand to become highly effective.
Wilf Goodman (Technical Topics)
Hands-on Fault Finding on electric and hybrid vehicle. EV’s don’t only give battery and motor faults. Safety systems, on-board charging and other peripheral systems can also stop the EV in it’s tracks. Wilf will lead the group through an interesting and in-depth EV fault finding case.
Steve Scott (Simply Diagnostics)
Steve Scott, Founder Simply Diagnostics Network – Steve, will take us through the practical approach to proper diagnostics. The focus of this session will be a joined-up approach to problem solving, through leveraging on the tools, equipment and information on hand, guided by logic & making the right decisions.

In the evening, we are hosting an after party at the Canalside Conference centre for some dinner and dancing!
The bar opens at 6pm with dinner at 7pm. An awesome local band, SNAPPA, will be playing live music until close at 11:30pm.
