There are obvious benefits to using dealer diagnostics in an independent garage business, but, how difficult it is? Where do you buy them from. And how do you keep them up-to-date. Mark will share how to avoid the pitfalls and how win at doing dealer diagnostics. Mark will also cover the upcoming SERMI regulations.

Andy Crook - Atomic Success
It is no secret VOSA are clamping down on Dirty Diesels by bringing Particle Matter analysis into the MOT. We have the new style particle analysers at TTHQ for you to see. It has now become critical that you know the origins of particle matter, and this session will be insightful in helping you working out the root cause of many DPF and AdBlue issues.
