It was a cool great experience at TTHQ, content from the theory to practice different , techniques how to do certain things and the whole process.

Money well spent on this course, very informative and opened my eyes to some of the problems that we are incurring on Nox emission faults, looking forward to my next course at TTHQ

Great relaxed atmosphere, the learning was excellent and picked up some good knowledge.

I enjoyed learning about adblue systems and piecing together some of the knowledge I have gained from experiential learning and research. I have a better over view off how to tackle my diagnostic strategy. I have attended James’s training programmes in the past and gain skills from them. I am looking forward to moving forward with my skills base and attend training in the future.

Lecturer and course were both full of detail and information and gave me a different way to diagnose faults would 100% recommend this course to any technician wanting to get a better understanding of Ad Blue and NOx systems

A brilliant course, having attended many courses at Technical Topics, the 4 rights and the Core Diagnostic Process are not new concepts to myself, with this course it goes into fine detail of these principles and the fantastic benefits of using James’ ruthless logic, and The Core Diagnostic Process, a process in which is a series of ordered tests to determine what is correct with the vehicle (at some point, driven by logic, correctly ordered testing and data to support decisions) where you will arrive at the correct cause of the fault. The course also highlights personal misconceptions and areas of personal development which l urgently require to address. Thank you James, Bev, Wilf, Kev .all the TTHQ staff I have failed to mention (sorry) and to all my fellow attendees/students for a fantastic course and a very enjoyable two days.

Excellent training

Very good information about all systems that were covered, practical demos were excellent on showing us how to carry out many tests but more importantly what we should be seeing etc

Gives you a full understanding of how AdBlue Systems Work This course was one that was really needed as it gives you a full understanding of how all the systems operate, its described in a clear way that you can put straight into practice. The course structure is very good and you also get the simple pitfalls to avoid and gives you diagnostic path to get it right. James and his team pass on all the expertise so we can become better technicians and without this great training environment i would not be able to make the big diagnosis we now make on a daily basis. Keep doing what your doing as its what this trade needs constantly to keep up to date.

This course takes the mystery out of Adblue, over time I start seeing changes to cars that have happened after I left the main dealers. Definitely a good idea to know why something like this is fitted, how it works and how to diagnose. When customers ask me what does it do, I can now tell them a bit about it. I also found that this course answers questions to problems I have had in the past. Lots of new knowledge, cheers Matt

Diagnostic Boot Camp with James Dillon: Extremely knowledgeable and experienced trainer and diagnostic technician. The course had a great mix of content from detailed and innovative diagnostic techniques to overall diagnostic approaches, such as dealing with customers. Highly recommended. Recently went on the Diagnostic Bootcamp and was very impressed. The training style certainly helped me absorb a vast amount of knowledge in 5 days. Even with different skill levels of people on the course I felt everyone came out of it having improved their knowledge and approach to diagnostic work, I certainly did.

Fantastic, brilliant courses, dealt with the root causes of high NOX emissions not just the SCR side and it’s associated faults. We also had a customer vehicle which was under going repair which greatly enhanced the experience. Very good course, very good info and as usual James was on form.

Left today feeling like I can tackle most Nox related issues that come my way, from start to finish of the course I felt it made complex issues explained into segments where it was so easy to get head around. Love the pace of the training also, basic understanding to whole class being able to do complex maths channels on the pico. Last two days made me feel lucky I can call days like these part of my ‘job’. Thanks all.

A course that challenges you to change your mindset towards improving your efficiency and reducing your stress in diagnostics. Being in the diagnostics for more than 20 years now I strongly recommend this course especially for the young people who are getting into diagnostics now.
